Refund & Return Policy

At Veslora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns (Non-EU Customers)

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) [YENİ EKLENDİ]

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email) before the withdrawal period expires. Contact us at veslora.co@gmail.com.

You may inspect the item to the same extent you would in a physical store — normal inspection and trying on jewelry does not void this right. However, if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your refund.

Following a valid withdrawal:

  • We will reimburse the full purchase price, including the standard/lowest-cost delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or the returned goods (whichever comes first).
  • You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, or to earrings once the hygiene seal has been removed, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong product was received, or the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.
